We are looking for dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join the dynamic team at Warrnambool Helping Hands. You will play a key role in delivering high quality in-home care, coordinating client services and supporting other staff members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver comprehensive, client-centred nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments safely
  • Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff when needed
  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
